We Remember The Fallen

Normandy American CemeteryThis weekend, millions of Americans are headed to the shore or the mountains, holding elaborate barbecues, and celebrating the unofficial start of summer.

Sadly, many others cannot celebrate the holiday, because they lost their lives in service to our country.

Today is Memorial Day, so please take a moment to remember those who gave their lives for this country and its ideals. Despite its issues, America is still the last, best hope for Earth.

“One’s country is worth dying for, and democracy is worth dying for, because it’s the most deeply honorable form of government ever devised by man. All of you loved liberty. All of you were willing to fight tyranny, and you knew the people of your countries were behind you.”President Ronald Reagan, 1984.

Thank you all for your sacrifice. We owe you a debt we can never possibly repay.
