Keeping It In The Family

hunter-hallie-and-joe-bidenYour extremely creepy story of the week is brought to you by – who else – the Biden family. Joe Biden’s son Hunter divorced his wife and is now apparently dating his sister-in-law, the widow of Beau Biden.

Beau Biden, the former attorney general of Delaware, died in 2015, shocking the entire family and playing into his father’s decision to stay out of the race to succeed President Obama after decades in politics. Hunter Biden, 47, separated from his wife Kathleen, 48, in 2015. The split had never been made public before.

He has now taken up with his brother’s 43-year-old widow, the couple said in a statement, which acknowledged their ‘love and support.’

‘We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness. They have mine and Jill’s full and complete support and we are happy for them,’ Joe and Jill Biden said.

I question the timing. It “appears” Beau died, Hunter saw an opening, divorced his wife, and swooped in like a horny vulture. Normally a move like this would disgust me, but then I realized these are people from Joe Biden’s family, so I am not surprised.

  1. Yeah, these two gave it a whole 5 months before acknowledging their love and commitment to one another. In the meantime, Hunter’s wife stated that all of this is creating an unsafe and traumatic situation for their three girls. Heaven help them if they end up marrying a guy like their dad. Way to parent, Hunter. Guess if you’re a dem, you get to have all the fun.

  2. Metoo – Responsibility? Never heard of it. My lieutenant is a staunch Democrat, and today he said this story was the creepiest, most inappropriate thing he has ever read. I agree.

  3. Mike – I have to think Joe’s parents were. I mean look at him.

Cathy – This is why I believe hospital staff should have veto power over names. Lexus? Veto. Hunter? Veto. Hallie? Veto.
