Sunday Services

I was torn about today’s installment of Sunday Services. I wanted to post Moira Kelly, an actress I absolutely crushed on after seeing her in The Cutting Edge. I eventually settled on Lauren Cohan of The Walking Dead – a show I no longer watch – because today is her birthday.

Lauren Cohan (born January 7, 1982) is an English-American actress and model, best known for her role as Maggie Greene on The Walking Dead (2011–present). She is also known for her recurring roles on the television series Supernatural (2007–2008), Chuck (2011) and The Vampire Diaries (2010–2012), and in the comedy film Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj (2006), and for her role as DC Comics character Martha Wayne in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016).

Cohan was born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on January 7, 1982, the daughter of an American father and an English mother. She also has Irish, Norwegian, and Scottish ancestry. During her childhood, Cohan lived in Cherry Hill and, for one year, Georgia, before moving to England at age 13. The family settled in Surrey.

Lauren is one of those English actresses who can pull off a flawless American one. Not bad for a girl from Jersey.

There are more photos below the fold…

I think most men will agree; bikini pics are the best pics.

Of course, skimpy underwear pics also warn the cockles… among other things.

Honestly, Lauren is going to catch cold wearing that short with no bra underneath. Someone should help that poor woman!

The services have ended. You may now go in peace.

    1. Thanks. I don’t mind if others watch it; I just don’t have patience for Hollywood jagoffs anymore. I’ve cut down my TiVo shows considerably. Right now it’s Archer, Gotham, Taboo, Fargo, and Legion.

  1. I stopped watching the boob tube in the nineties. Anymore, the only time I even glance at TV is when I’m alone in a waterhole…. which is very rare in itself.

My stopping was basically started by getting bored with repetitious plot lines and action scenes that violated the laws of physics (MacGyver comes to mind). Then the actors and actresses opened their pie-holes and began telling their fans how to vote. Most of the Hollyweird crowd have a high school diploma at best, and just have a knack to repeat memorized lines in from of a camera. In my opinion, that doesn’t qualify them to advise me how to think and vote, no matter how much money they are paid. Ditto for NFL players.

  2. I quit watching the Walking Dead a few years ago. Not because of anyone’s particular point of view, but simply because I got burnt out on the whole zombie thing. I mean every episode was “slaughter gross looking zombies until some one gets killed!” A little creative writing would have not been amiss. : (

  3. William – Ironically, it started turning into fighting humans and very little zombies. I was probably on the way out, anyway, but the leftist nonsense made the decision easier.
