Justice For Thee, Not For Me

If there was ever any doubt in your mind there are “two Americas,” this enraging story will surely convince you.

I’m sorry I’ve been a day late with all these news stories, but work has been brutal these last few weeks.

Republican Georgia Rep. Doug Collins released the testimony of former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, but it’s former Attorney General Loretta Lynch who may feel the sting.

According to Page’s testimony, the FBI considered charging former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with gross negligence under 18 U.S. Code § 793 for her alleged handling of classified information.

“We had multiple conversations with the Justice Department about bringing a gross negligence charge,” Page told Republican Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe. “And that’s, as I said, the advice that we got from the Department was that they did not think — that it was constitutionally vague and not sustainable.”

The Founders went to war with England for less than this. You could argue the South also went to war over less than this. Yet here we sit, as average Americans are being charged and imprisoned for lesser crimes than those Hillary Clinton committed, while she walks free.

  1. She and Bill seem to be immune from prosecution. I don’t know if they have info on everyone or if the dems really don’t see anything wrong with what they did and continue to do day in and day out. The whole thing is repulsive! All that bad stuff she has done contributes to Hillary’s ugly visage.

  2. Ronni, I think the reason they are so untouchable is the reputation they have for their friends and acquaintances meeting an untimely end. Unless you are suicidal, never cross a clinton.

  3. RG – Very good point.

Ronni – I think it’s the former. They have dirt on everyone in D.C., so no one wants to prosecute them for their many crimes.

    TXNick – Seth Rich wept.

  4. Has anyone seen so many easily recognized felonies going uncharged? There is obviously a two tiered justice system, and despite changes at the top, no one has the balls to actually enforce the law…
