In Soviet Russia, Birthday Suit Wears You

A Russian man attempted to board an airplane while naked, because Russia. His reason for doing so is arguably the most asinine excuse of all time.

A naked man attempted to board a plane at Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport while shouting that clothes make him less aerodynamic.

The man passed through the Ural Airlines flight’s registration before suddenly stripping off his clothes and running stark naked onto the jet bridge, eyewitnesses said.

“He shouted that he was naked because clothing impairs the aerodynamics of the body. He flies with more agility when undressed,” REN TV quoted a fellow passenger as saying.

Not for nothing, but if having passengers undressed would get me to my destination more quickly, I’m all for it. I can always wear a sleeping mask to block out the less attractive fliers.

  1. Looks like he has some nasty bruises on his knees and thighs. Wonder if those were inflicted before or after his striptease act.

  2. Ronni – I look that way when I try to go to the restroom in-flight. Must. Keep. Equilibrium.

TXNick – That reminds me, I need to shave my back again.

Cathy – I feel the same way, but it’s like a 28-hour drive to Dallas.

    Mike47 – I blame Anna Chapman.
