Sunday Services

Since everybody who’s anybody is seeing Avengers: Endgame this weekend – for the record, I will not – I decided to make today’s services Avengers-related by posting delicious actress Linda Cardellini.

Linda Edna Cardellini (June 25, 1975) is an American actress. She is known for playing Lindsay Weir on Freaks and Geeks (1999–2000), Samantha Taggart on ER (2003–09), and Meg Rayburn on Bloodline (2015–17). She received an Emmy Award nomination for her portrayal of Sylvia Rosen on Mad Men (2013–15).

Cardellini is also known for her portrayals of Velma Dinkley in the live-action Scooby-Doo! film series (2002–04), Cassie in Brokeback Mountain (2005), Laura Barton in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), and Dolores in Green Book (2018).

Cardellini’s voice work includes the animated television series Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated (2010-2013), Regular Show (2012–15), and Gravity Falls.

For those of you without younger kids, Regular Show is arguably one of the funniest cartoons ever made. I had no idea Cardellini was a voice actress in the show. This makes me like her even more.

There are more photos below the fold…

Hard to believe – heh, heh, “hard” – the actress who played Velma would be so ridiculously hot.

Linda can also play the good girl, which is usually much more fun for the guys. Plus, she brought her own couch. Sploosh!

I currently do not own a pool but I will have one installed if that’s what Linda wishes.

The Services have ended. You may now go in peace.

  1. I haven’t seen Infinity War yet, but I was thinking about seeing Endgame in the theater.
After hearing a number of the actors shoot their mouths off about politics, I may wait until it comes out on Blu-ray.

    1. Since I am a bit out of pocket these days (overseas), I won’t have to decide about waiting. I’ll probably see it with my Lady next year (or later) on Netflix. Or I may splurge and buy Infinity War and Endgame on Blue-ray. Either way, that will be the last money I throw away to Disney/Marvel. I’ve had it with getting preached at by socialist actresses and actors. And writers. And directors………
