Sunday Services

Since this is the next-to-last edition of Sunday Services, I thought I’d put up a montage that would – hopefully – satisfy all the womenfolk. In case you missed last week’s post, I am ending Sunday Services next week. It’s been four years, over 200 posts, and it was becoming work, instead of fun.

It may come back after I take a break, and I’ll throw photos in posts occasionally. So with that, enjoy the show.

Ryan Reynolds (above) comes off as a very down-to-earth kind of guy. I mean, it’s possible he’s a scumbag, but almost every piece of press about him is glowing. Dressing up as Deadpool for sick kids, giving to charities, etc.

There are more goodies below the fold…

Gerard Butler, like most Brits, has a pretty good American accent. It took me a while to realize he was from across the pond. The man keeps himself in shape, and looks good even in hideous suits.

Mel Gibson has fallen an and out of favor recently, but as good as an actor he is, he is arguably a better director. hacksaw Ridge, Braveheart, etc. are all very good films.

Gotta end this post with the master; the late Steve McQueen. McQueen oozed “toxic masculinity” in an age where women craved it. Nowadays, he would be excoriated and banned from Hollywood, because Lord forbid a man’s man appear on a motion picture screen.

The services have ended. You may now go in peace.

  1. A nice exit for the Ladies’ services, especially with Steve McQueen (one of my heroes). But you forgot Bruce Lee, the man who inspired me and a lot of my contemporaries to get into Kung Fu.

May I suggest, for next week, one of my all time favorite hotties, Erin Gray? I never tried out for astronaut, but if she had really been working in space….
