A federal judge has ruled Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s fascist Chinese Wuhan Virus mandates and lockdowns were unconstitutional. Wolf shut down the entire state for nearly six months, destroying big and small businesses alike, while keeping his own business up and running.
Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s closing of “non-life-sustaining” businesses and restrictions on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic were ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge on Monday.
Gov. Wolf’s office said in a statement Monday afternoon it is disappointed with the result and will seek a stay of the decision and file an appeal.
Of course he will, because he’s had a taste of omnipotent power and refuses to relinquish it.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV was made in a case in which Butler, Greene, Fayette and Washington counties are listed as plaintiffs. The counties had filed suit, claiming the shutdown orders were unconstitutional.
Stickman, an appointee of President Donald Trump, wrote in his ruling that the Wolf administration’s pandemic policies have been overreaching, arbitrary and violated citizens’ constitutional rights.
Stickman isn’t wrong. Many small businesses closed their doors for good, Pennsylvanians were still getting sick (despite the lockdown) and riots continued throughout May and June with Wolf’s blessing.
Once in a while, our “betters” need a federal slapdown; not that this jackass will learn anything from it.
It actually made my day when I heard this early today even though the ruling will get appealed. Shows another reason we need Trump for 4 more years……more conservative/constitutionalist judges being appointed. Bader-Ginsburg should be out of there shortly.

Ronni – Yeah, Wolf is a fascist toad, so it’s nice to see comeuppance there.
