Trump To Pull A Grover Cleveland?

There have been rumors if the Democrats steal this election, President Trump may considering running again in 2024. CNN douchebag Jim Acosta floated this out the other day, but on Thursday a real person – Mic Mulvaney – suggested it as well.

President Trump could run for another term if he loses reelection, with speculation already starting. The Constitution’s 22nd Amendment, put in place after Franklin D. Roosevelt served four terms in office, states, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.”

Grover Cleveland won two non-consecutive terms in 1884 and 1892.

Mic Mulvaney, a former Trump chief of staff, on Thursday added to the speculation.

“I would absolutely expect the president to stay involved in politics and would absolutely put him on the shortlist of people who are likely to run in 2024,” said Mulvaney, now special envoy for Northern Ireland, according to the Irish Times.

Mulvaney made the comments during a webinar hosted by the Dublin think tank, the Institute for International and European Affairs, the newspaper also said.

President Trump would be 78 in 2024, but a Trump 78 is much different from a Joe Biden 78. Personally, I think he should run, since these Democrat bastards did their level best to destroy his first term.

  1. I’ve been avoiding the news since the pandemic shutdown, now I avoid it on principal. The media is just as corrupt as the Democrats. I will never accept China Joe and Ms. Kammie “Willie Brown’s Mistress.”

      1. Yeah, it’s disgusting how they’re abandoning the president. Romney, Jeb Bush, and a bunch of “conservative” media types were congratulating President-Elect Biden.

        1. As well as Boris Johnson! All I’ve heard is that Biden will not sign a free trade deal with Britain! One would think those Brits would want that post-Brexit.

  2. I’m not giving up on 2020 yet. The latest vote dump in Maricopa county cut Biden’s Arizona lead in half, and all the votes aren’t in yet. Plus there was a lot of hanky panky in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania that could be remedied by the courts. Hang in there, friends. This race ain’t over yet, despite what the In-the-tank-for-Joe media says.

    1. I’ll say this, I will never watch Fox News ever again, and I will remember the members of THE GOP who left Trump out to dry.

Also, Guy Benson is a piece of garbage.

  3. Victoria – Johnson is another fair-weather friend that pretended to support Trump, but was hoping he would fail. See also: Macron, Merkel, Trudeau, etc., etc. Trump’s only completely loyal ally was Netanyahu, and the Israeli people.

Mike AKA Proof – I’ll wager Johnson will be all over Biden, fawning his “civility.” And remember, the UK and Australia were involved in the Russian collusion hoax. Neither of those countries are our friends.

  4. Max – No argument there. Trump is fighting, but not many of his GOP cohorts seem to care. The PA legislature is controlled by the GOP, and these assclowns allowed mail-in voting. Every one of them deserve to be voted out of office.

    1. Wyatt – very true, as a fellow SEPA resident, I am disgusted by the lack of spine displayed by our GOP “controlled” legislature. my state rep is a Communist, I mean Democrat, who just got re-elected thanks to PA SCOTUS gerrymandering. I still think Trump will prevail, then the shiite will really hit the fan. Stay safe!
