Disclaimer: John McCain is an American hero who served his country and blah, blah, blah… Now that that’s out of the way, can anyone tell me why John McCain is 1. still a Republican, and 2. even remotely relevant anymore? This assclown should have been sent to the glue factory two decades ago.
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said American leadership was stronger under President Trump’s predecessor, President Barack Obama, according to a Guardian report.
Asked if the country stood on sturdier ground under Obama’s leadership, McCain said “yes,” according to the report.
“As far as American leadership is concerned, yes,” said McCain, who also vocally criticized many of the Obama administration’s foreign policy decisions.
Oh I agree wholeheartedly. I especially enjoyed America’s leadership while Islamic terrorists murdered our Libyan ambassador and three other Americans. Not to mention our groundbreaking initiative of giving weapons to Mexican drug lords, and freeing Guantanamo prisoners.
If McCain appreciates Barack Obama’s strong leadership, I suggest he relocate to Canada, France, or now, Britain. There are plenty of “leaders” driving those nations… right into the gutter.
While the media is continuing their six-month long “OMG, TRUMP RUSSIA!” marathon, real news outlets have uncovered this story. It’s nothing major; just a story detailing how the Obama administration illegally spied on Americans… for five years.
The National Security Agency under former President Barack Obama routinely violated American privacy protections while scouring through overseas intercepts and failed to disclose the extent of the problems until the final days before Donald Trump was elected president last fall, according to once top-secret documents that chronicle some of the most serious constitutional abuses to date by the U.S. intelligence community.
More than 5 percent, or one out of every 20 searches seeking upstream Internet data on Americans inside the NSA’s so-called Section 702 database violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011.
Wait, the Obama administration both lied and violated the constitution? I. Am. Shocked.
The American Civil Liberties Union said the newly disclosed violations are some of the most serious to ever be documented and strongly call into question the U.S. intelligence community’s ability to police itself and safeguard American’s privacy as guaranteed by the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment protections against unlawful search and seizure.
The ACLU is claiming this, and they are not exactly a bastion of conservatism. Normally I would expect the media to cover an incident which contains actual, verifiable evidence of a crime, but they’re busy scouring the Earth for evidence of “OMG, TRUMP RUSSIA!”
Barack Obama reportedly demanded the Clinton campaign to concede the 2016 election; and he had to make the demand three times before Hillary took action.
A new book on the Clinton campaign contains the revelation that Clinton had to be pressured into conceding her loss on election night by President Barack Obama.
“POTUS doesn’t think it’s wise to drag this out,” White House political director David Simas is reported as saying to Robby Mook, Clinton’s campaign manager. The campaign did not concede at that point.
Later, President Obama himself called and told Clinton, “You need to concede.” The president then repeated the demand to Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta shortly thereafter.
Clinton still refused to make a concession speech until the next day, but remember, Hillary is a rational, mild-tempered woman who is fit to lead this country.
Barack Hussein Obama, the scourge of the Constitution, reportedly threw a hissy fit when hearing about President Trump’s allegation Obama had Trump Tower wiretapped.
Barack Obama was livid when he found out that Donald Trump accused him of wiretapping Trump Tower.
The former president thought Trump’s claim questioned both the integrity of the office and himself, people familiar with him told the Wall Street Journal.
Others told CNN that Obama was “irked, exasperated” and “in disbelief.” Another added that Trump’s predecessor “rolled his eyes” at the news.
Yet, nowhere in the article does it quote Obama’s denial. In fact, no one from the Obama regime has come out to expressly and specifically deny Trump’s allegations. Interesting.
President Trump claims his phones were tapped in the weeks before the November election. Trump is asserting the taps were executed by President Obama and his administration.
President Donald Trump accused former President Barack Obama of wiretapping Trump Tower days before the 2016 presidential election in a series of tweets.
Some Trump campaign officials allegedly had contact with Russian intelligence during the campaign. The Justice department officials cited intercepted phone calls between the campaign officials and the intelligence officers.
Obama administration aides also spread classified intelligence related to possible Trump campaign contact with Russia around the government. The effort centered on leaving a trail of alleged evidence for government investigators to follow.
Let me say this about that. Do I know for sure the Obama administration tapped Trump’s phones? Of course not. Do I believe Barack Obama would have no problem initiating an illegal wiretap? Absolutely.
The problem here – and in the country as a whole – is the Trump administration not only has to defend itself from Democrats and the MSM, but also the “deep state” operatives friendly to Obama, and the “principled conservatives” infesting the #NeverTrump regime.
From where I stand, the people suffering most from this insurgency are the American citizens.

Our long national nightmare is almost over. Barack Hussein Obama, the worst president in my lifetime, becomes a private citizen in a few hours, and his replacement will hit the ground running.
Running all over Obama’s executive orders, specifically.
President-elect Donald Trump will sign as many as 200 executive orders targeting a wide range of Obama administration policies, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Napolitano said, based on his conversations with the president-elect, Trump could sign hundreds of regulations on his third full day in office. The judge did not say what policies were being targeted by the incoming administration.
Trump has hinted he would work to repeal “job killing” energy regulations his first day in office. Trump also said he’d repeal Obama-era executive orders on immigration, and pledged to begin dismantling the Affordable Care Act.
The Trump transition team told reporters Wednesday Trump would issue just “four to five” executive orders on Friday after he’s sworn in.
Today is a very good day, and it’s only 9:30am.
This piece of flotsam sat back and enjoyed daily ball-washing afforded him by the press, and two days before he leaves the White House, he tells then they should be tough on presidents? F**k this guy.
Barack Obama took a moment at his final press conference to share his thoughts on the Fourth Estate and its role in providing accountability to those in power. “You’re not supposed to be complimentary,” Obama intoned to the media that has been running hosannas about the past eight years.
It’s almost as if Obama realizes that his legacy — which is comprised largely of executive orders that can easily be undone under a new president — is toast. To suggest an enduring legacy his team wants folks to fixate on his “scandal-free” administration because President-elect Donald Trump has said he plans to tear up the Iran nuclear deal and will work with Congress to repeal Obama’s signature health care law, effectively erasing two of Obama’s largest “accomplishments.”
However, it’s all but certain that the media will take Obama’s valedictory advice, now that a Republican will succeed him in the White House, and especially because that Republican is Donald Trump.
I suspect the media will suddenly remember how to do their jobs in, oh, exactly twenty-four hours.
During the Barack Obama regime, all information leaks were equal. Of course, some of those leaks were more equal than others.
Russian hacks? Bad. DNC hacks? Bad. Hacks which place our troops in danger? All good, baby!
President Obama commuted all but four months of the remaining prison sentence of Chelsea Manning, the army intelligence analyst convicted of a 2010 leak that revealed American military and diplomatic activities across the world, disrupted his administration and brought global prominence to WikiLeaks, the recipient of those disclosures.
The decision by Mr. Obama rescued Ms. Manning, who twice tried to kill herself last year, from an uncertain future as a transgender woman incarcerated at the men’s military prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. She has been jailed for nearly seven years, and her 35-year sentence was by far the longest punishment ever imposed in the United States for a leak conviction.
That is because
she it is a traitor of the first order, and deserves to spend three decades in federal pound-you-in-the-ass prison? But wait, there’s more!
In addition, Mr. Obama on Tuesday commuted the sentence of Oscar Lopez Rivera, who was part of a Puerto Rican nationalist group that carried out a string of bombings in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
So Barry is ending his presidency in the way in which it began: surrounded by traitors and terrorists.
