Fox News Delenda Est

Kathryn Murdoch, the wife of Fox News bigwig James Murdoch, tweeted out her excitement for Joe Biden’s stolen election while also slandering President Trump. Still want to support Fox News?

James Murdoch’s wife Kathryn tweeted ‘we did it!!!!’ and shared anti-Trump posts after Joe Biden’s historic win Saturday. On Election Day she had written: ‘What will you tell your children or your future self about the part you played in history?’

By Saturday she had also shared posts that referenced ‘Trump’s authoritarian antics’ and ‘surviving the gravest threat to our system of government since the Civil War’.

Keep it up bitch, and you may see another one.

Kathryn, 47, had also voiced her agreement that her family, which owns Fox News, must ‘put their country above their profits’ and disavow President Donald Trump’s claims of widespread voter fraud. (H/TAOSHQ)

Personally, I don’t think profits will be a problem, because I’m hearing a lot of conservatives claim they will never watch Fox News again. Certainly not after their disgusting election coverage.

The Fox Has Entered The Outhouse

After years of conservatives believing Fox News was “fair and balanced,” it’s glaringly obviously they have taken a leftward turn in recent months. While the opinion shows – Hannity, Carlson, Ingraham – lean conservative, the news hosts are the exact opposite.

Chris Wallace went after President Donald Trump in harsh terms Wednesday during a speech in Washington, D.C.

“I believe that President Trump is engaged in the most direct sustained assault on freedom of the press in our history,” Wallace said at the Newseum.

“He has done everything he can to undercut the media, to try and delegitimise us, and I think his purpose is clear: to raise doubts when we report critically about him and his administration that we can be trusted,” he added.

Wallace has always been a squish, but like most media types, the election of President Trump broke him. I’m all for calling out the president when he does something wrong, but Wallace attacks him for the most insipid of alleged offenses.

As for the “direct sustained assault on freedom of the press” nonsense, I would direct Wallace to the Obama administration, which spied on journalists during its eight years in office.

Look, if I wanted to listen to a Jim Acosta clone, I’d turn in to CNN.

Fox News Hosts Criticize, Mock Trump

This has become a bit of an obsession for me, but Fox News is becoming more and more like the rest of the MSM with each passing day. It’s no better than CNN or the network channels, in my opinion.

A new report about the relationship between President Donald Trump and Fox News alleges that hosts Chris Wallace and Martha MacCallum criticized and mocked Trump during a closed-door meeting last month.

Contrary to the opinion of some people, he’s not our boss,’ Ms. MacCallum said, marveling at Mr. Trump’s criticism of Fox News for airing interviews with Democratic presidential candidates. ‘It is kind of shocking to hear that he really — that’s the way he thinks about how we should cover the election.’

Mr. Wallace joked about the president’s tendency to compare him unfavorably to his father, the ’60 Minutes’ legend Mike Wallace, who died in 2012. ‘He often likes to say about me, ‘You know, I was covered by Mike Wallace, I liked him much more,’” Mr. Wallace told the advertisers. ‘To which my reaction is always: One of us has a daddy problem, and it’s not me.’”

Obviously, the opinion people – Carlson, Hannity, and Ingraham – are still fine, but the actual news division is becoming increasingly hostile to the president. Now there is nothing wrong with that, per se, but Wallace, Baier, et al, seem to be toting the Orange. Man Bad line a little too often for my tastes.

Fox News didn’t skyrocket to the top of the ratings by emulating CNN, and their leftward turn will not ingratiate themselves to actual conservative. Obviously, everyone needs to make their own decisions when it comes to new sources, but for me, I’ll avoid Fox news from now on.

Bluster’s Last Stand

Marginal Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren – aka Jeep Grand Cherokee – has refused to participate in a town hall event hosted by Fox News, claiming the network is filled with “racism, bigotry, and hatred.”

Democratic Massachusetts Sen. and presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren announced she is declining to participate in a Fox News town hall. Her decision comes as House Democrats have been encouraging their party to go on the cable news network.

This is a wonderful decision by Dances With Beer. Fox News routinely conquers the ratings game, and someone who has zero chance of being president does not deserve that kind of publicity.

“Fox News is a hate-for-profit racket that gives a megaphone to racists and conspiracists — it’s designed to turn us against each other, risking life and death consequences, to provide cover for the corruption that’s rotting our government and hollowing out our middle class,” she wrote in a series of tweets.

Chief Sitting Bulls**tter is simply throwing out the usual Democratic pejoratives. Everyone who does not agree with her is sexist, intolerant, xenophobic, homophobic Islamophobic, racist and bigoted. The act is as tired as her campaign.

“Fox News balances a mix of bigotry, racism, and outright lies with enough legit journalism to make the claim to advertisers that it’s a reputable news outlet. It’s all about dragging in ad money — big ad money,” Warren added. “But Fox News is struggling as more and more advertisers pull out of their hate-filled space. A Democratic town hall gives the Fox News sales team a way to tell potential sponsors it’s safe to buy ads on Fox—no harm to their brand or reputation.”

Imagine the gall of someone who lied about her heritage – as a springboard to a lucrative teaching position – suddenly accusing an entire news network of putting out falsehoods. The hypocrisy doesn’t look well on you, Lizzie.

Fox Clears The Hen House

The Democratic National Committee may want to rethink banning Fox News from their presidential debates, since their hosts destroyed Democrat town halls held by CNN and MSNBC.

Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity respectively beat out MSNBC’s town hall with Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and CNN’s town hall with Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Monday night.

Carlson more than doubled the MSNBC town hall with Gillibrand, both in total viewers with approximately 3.1 million viewers tuning in, and with 570,000 in the key 25-54 age demographic. Gillibrand’s town hall, by comparison, garnered only 1.2 million viewers and 224,000 in the key age range.

Then, at 9 p.m. EST, CNN hosted a town hall with Warren in Mississippi, which was moderated by Jake Tapper. Warren’s town hall drew even fewer viewers than her presidential opponent, with only 1.09 million viewers watching. CNN and Warren did manage to barely beat out MSNBC and Gillibrand in the target audience, with 273,000 people aged 25-54 tuning in.

To be honest, I don’t watch Fox News much anymore – especially now since they hired leftist Hillary shill Donna Brazile as a commentator, and Paul Ryan as a member of the board – but it is nice to see them destroy the fake news channels.

The Bungle In The Jungle

Grim And Watters Brawl At MSNBC Party

Here’s the feel-good story of the day. Two self-absorbed idiot reporters got into a fistfight at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner’s after party. Both scribes escaped without injury, primarily because journalists punch like premature babies.

Fox News host Jesse Watters and Huffington Post Washington bureau chief Ryan Grim got into a physical altercation at MSNBC’s White House Correspondent’s Dinner after-party Saturday night. “Punches were definitely thrown.”

Excuse me, I believe you misspelled “slaps.”

Grim and Watters don’t have a personal relationship but the beef apparently goes all the way back to 2009, when Amanda Terkel wrote a column about getting “harassed” and “ambushed” by Watters.

Terkel is now a HuffPost colleague of Grim’s, who reportedly took out his camera phone and attempted to record Watters at the MSNBC party. The Fox News host didn’t appreciate the action and reportedly snatched Grim’s phone. When Grim tried to retrieve it, the altercation began.

Eyewitnesses confirm the duo pulled each other’s hair, scratched each other’s eyes out, and bullied each other until both developed an eating disorder.
