Tom Wolf: America’s Worst Governor

Inept Pennsylvania governor Tom Wolf has decided he will ration liquor sales in the state, ridiculously claiming “supply shortages” from the Chinese Wuhan Virus.

Pennsylvania’s state-run liquor system will begin rationing sales of a few dozen products on Friday in response to what it describes as supply shortages beyond its control.

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board notified license holders on Thursday that two-bottles-per-day purchase limits for customers at state stores, as well as well for bars, restaurants and other license holders, will remain in place indefinitely.

For those of you who haven’t been to Pennsylvania, most liquor sales are purchased from State Liquor stores, owned and operated by the state. You could not purchase beer or liquor in supermarkets or other retail stores until very recently. It’s a ridiculous system, but this is a ridiculous state.

This has nothing to do with “shortages” and has everything to do with keeping Pennsylvania subjugated. If you drive on I-95, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, or any other large highway in PA, you’ll see plenty of truckers on the road.

In November, Pennsylvania voters overwhelmingly voted for a bill aimed at limiting the governor’s emergency powers. Since that bill passed, Wolf has been trying to curb the citizens’ freedom, and apparently this is his first shot across the bow. Sadly, this jackass’ term does not end until 2023.

PA Is 49th In Senior Vaccinations

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is looking to solidify its place as one of the worst-run states on the east coast, as their record for senior vaccinations is one of the worst in the nation.

Despite an influx of COVID-19 vaccines to Pennsylvania over the past month, the rate of residents 65 and older fully immunized still ranks near the bottom of all 50 states, according to federal data.

The federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows 47.1% of residents 65 and older are fully vaccinated – tying the state with Alabama for second to last in the nation. Hawaii ranks at 50th with just 47% of its seniors fully immunized.

Wow, it’s difficult to believe a state run by leftists would be so incompetent on something as simple as doling out vaccinations. How many seniors are dead because of Pennsylvania’s slow rollout?

It’s a problem the General Assembly hears about often from their constituents, but some members say little can be done now to address the issue because of the time lost to the department’s “wait and see” approach adopted early in its vaccination effort.

The “person” originally heading the vaccinations was transvestite PA Health Secretary “Rachel” Levine, who would probably have tried harder to put out vaccines if he/she wasn’t so busy vying for a job in the Biden administration.

In Pennsylvania, Fascism Is Back In Vogue

Pennsylvania’s benevolent dictator has ordered a lockdown of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania until at least January 4th, 2021.

The pre-Christmas shutdown will likely signal doom for most retail stores, who are already suffering from Wolf’s previous capricious closures.

The restrictions include an indoor gathering limit of 10 and an outdoor gathering limit of 50. Retail stores may operate up to 50% capacity while gyms and indoor fitness centers will be ordered to close.

Movie theaters, concert venues, museums, casinos, bowling alleys and other entertainment venues will also be prohibited, Wolf said.

To be more precise, all indoor dining is now banned for restaurants, bars, etc., but you can still order takeout. Those establishments must close at midnight. The good news is Wolf is thinking of the children.

In-person extracurricular activities at schools will be paused as well as all sports at K-12 schools in the commonwealth. Professional and collegiate sports may continue to operate but fans remain banned from attending games.

What’s the difference between elementary and high school sports and college and pro sports? Oh, that’s right; professional and college sports make money, so they get a dispensation…

Federal Judge Rules Against Fascism

A federal judge has ruled Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s fascist Chinese Wuhan Virus mandates and lockdowns were unconstitutional. Wolf shut down the entire state for nearly six months, destroying big and small businesses alike, while keeping his own business up and running.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s closing of “non-life-sustaining” businesses and restrictions on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic were ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge on Monday.

Gov. Wolf’s office said in a statement Monday afternoon it is disappointed with the result and will seek a stay of the decision and file an appeal.

Of course he will, because he’s had a taste of omnipotent power and refuses to relinquish it.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV was made in a case in which Butler, Greene, Fayette and Washington counties are listed as plaintiffs. The counties had filed suit, claiming the shutdown orders were unconstitutional.

Stickman, an appointee of President Donald Trump, wrote in his ruling that the Wolf administration’s pandemic policies have been overreaching, arbitrary and violated citizens’ constitutional rights.

Stickman isn’t wrong. Many small businesses closed their doors for good, Pennsylvanians were still getting sick (despite the lockdown) and riots continued throughout May and June with Wolf’s blessing.

Once in a while, our “betters” need a federal slapdown; not that this jackass will learn anything from it.

PA Makes A Run For The Border

Leftist Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf does not receive a lot of national press, but he is arguably one of the worst five governors in America.

Herr Wolf has adopted a Draconian stance on the Wuhan Virus lockdown, and while people in Pennsylvania are suffering, they occasional go over the wall… toward Ohio.

An Ohio restaurant has named Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf their “employee of the month” after a business boom. Erie News Now reports that Breakwall BBQ say that they’ve had hundreds of customers cross the border to eat at their restaurant.

While the restaurant owner claims the title is tongue-in-cheek, it speaks volumes about Herr Wolf’s actions during the pandemic, and residents’ feelings toward him.

“A lot of people from Pennsylvania who wanted to get out of of their houses got out of their houses and came and visited us,” owner Mike Morgan said.

Erie County continues to be in the “yellow phase.” The owners say they’ve broken sales records, and a big chunk of it is Pennsylvanians.

Expect all these Pennsylvanians to be charged by Herr Wolf and his Stasi in the next few weeks.

PA D.A.s Found Their Wontons

An increasing number of PA District Attorneys are ignoring Pennsylvania Dictator Governor Tom Wolf’s shutdown orders, and refusing to prosecute citizens who violate Der Fuhrer’s mandates.

“People are being smart, wearing masks, and maintaining social distance. Using criminal sanctions would not be helpful,” Dauphin County district attorney Fran Chardo said in a Saturday press release, which indicated that prosecution would only occur in an “extraordinary circumstances.”

Dauphin County is one of several Pennsylvania counties that Wolf has failed to allow to move on to the next phase of reopening. It remains in the red phase — a lockdown phase that prevents most business owners from resuming operations.

Wolf recently extended the lockdown order for counties remaining in the red phase to June 4. Only “life sustaining” businesses are permitted to operate, with a small exception for those who applied for waivers — a controversial process that has been under intense scrutiny, spurring a class action lawsuit on behalf of businesses that were rejected for reasons that remain largely unknown.

Dauphin County Board of Commissioners Chairman Jeff Haste outlined the county’s plan to defy Wolf’s order on Friday, demanding the governor to “return our state to the people (as prescribed by our Constitution) and not run it as a dictatorship.”

The politicians here are not wrong. Arresting citizens for exercising their First Amendment rights is not a good look for law enforcement. Wolf is a terrible governor, and he claimed the state will not open until we “flatten the curve.” That has already happened, considering his makeshift hospitals have started closing because they were never overrun.

Wolf, like most Democrat governors, is drunk with power, and if he can ruin the state’s economy to harm Trump’ reelection chances, then all the better.

PA Governor Bans Second Amendment

Leftist Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has signed an order forcing every gun store in the state to close during the coronavirus hysteria. Inconceivably, the state’s Supreme Court agreed with the grossly unconstitutional decision.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Sunday night denied an emergency request that would have blocked a gubernatorial order mandating the closure of gun retailers in response to the novel coronavirus.

The order was part of a larger plan set forth by the state’s Democratic governor, Tom Wolf, mandating the closure of businesses not deemed “life-sustaining.” Gun-rights advocates asked the state’s Supreme Court to block the order as it applied to gun retailers, but the seven-member court denied the request.

With the exception of food and water, is there anything more “life sustaining” than protecting yourself and your family from criminals who would do you harm?

The governor’s order went into effect on Monday as a result of the court’s decision. It is unclear how long the order will remain in place.

In a dissent joined by two other justices, Justice David Wecht said the order, as written, represented an “impermissible intrusion upon a fundamental constitutional right,” pointing to other industries that have been exempted from the shutdown. Wecht said Wolf’s order should be amended to accommodate the constitutionally protected firearms industry in the same way the governor has accommodated the restaurant industry.

As much as I hate this city, I am really starting to hate this state. Tom Wolf is a leftist clown, and as a former businessman, he should be a little more self-aware. If not about the difficulty of sustaining a business, then at least the audacity of banning citizens’ constitutional rights.

PA Lt. Governor Blows His Stack

Meet Pennsylvania Lt. Governor Mike Stack. Mike is a pampered pooch from Northeast Philadelphia whose grandpappy was a congressman, and whose pappy is filthy stinkin’ rich. As a result, Stack believes the world owes him, especially the little people… like police officers and manual laborers.

Lt. Gov. Mike Stack said it was a mutual decision reached with Gov. Tom Wolf to end to police protection for Stack and his wife, Tonya, along with other staffing changes at the state-owned residence where they live in the wake of complaints about their mistreatment of staff.

Wolf met with Stack on Friday to hand-deliver a letter indicating that along with the cutting the police protective detail, the maintenance and groundskeeping staff would only report to the lieutenant governor’s residence at Fort Indiantown Gap at prearranged time and with supervision.

Have you ever noticed when a Democrat is disciplined – especially by another Democrat – the discipline is always “mutual?” Yes, Stack and his harpy wife berated and belittled the staff, but he decided on his own to remove all his perks and his State Police detail, dontchaknow?

To paraphrase Norman Stansfield, I like these calm little moments before Democrat-on-Democrat violence. It’s like when you put your head to the grass and you can hear the growin’ and you can hear the insects.

After the media began reporting in two weeks ago about the state inspector general’s office being asked to investigate complaints from staff about the Stacks using abusive language and asking members of the state police security detail to take extraordinary measures to beat traffic in non-emergency situations, Stack held a news conference to apologize.

Earlier this week, Wolf told reporters he met with Stack on multiple occasions regarding complaints about Stack’s treatment of state employees. During the most recent meeting in mid-March, Wolf said he told him “you need to stop.”

So Stack’s rude behavior was previously addressed, and like a typical Democrat, he ignored it. To quote Tony Montana, “You stupid f**k, look at you now.”
