Just Keep Dealing That Card

Remember Jussie “Juicy” Smollett, the D-List actor who appeared on Fox’s “Empire?” Smollett was the guy who hired two black men to rough him up and put a noose around his neck after telling them to yell, “This is MAGA country!”

Juicy was hailed as a hero by the left, and he spawned a number of other hoaxers – see also: NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace – before evidence appeared that Juicy made up the entire event. Juicy is sitting in jail now, and you’ll never guess why he’s there…

Following Jussie Smollett’s sentencing late last week, the former “Empire” actor is claiming that the reason he’s been sent to jail for 150 days is because he is black.

Sources with direct knowledge and in touch with the convicted actor told TMZ that Smollet had expected to get jail time, solely because of the color of his skin.

This motherf**ker committed a fake hate crime, let the Chicago police waste unknown man hours doing investigations, and at his trial, he still continued to claim he was innocent, despite a mountain of evidence to the contrary. But yeah, you’re in jail because you’re black. I’m surprised he didn’t also mention that he’s gay.

He reportedly told his defense team prior to the sentencing that he felt he would be treated more harshly than others convicted of non-violet crime because of this point, believing it’s evidence of systemic racism in the judicial system.

Yeah, not for nothing, but this prick was looking at 10-20 years in jail for his crimes, and the useless judge gave him 150 days in jail instead. But please, Juicy, tell me how oppressed you are. There are two sets of laws in America, and you’re one of the lucky ones where the law doesn’t apply to you.

Finally, Justice For Juicy

Jussie “Juicy” Smollett, the bit part actor of the series “Empire,” has been convicted on five counts in relation to his ridiculous fake hate crime. The gay actor claimed Trump-supporting, MAGA hat wearing thugs assaulted him and threw a noose around his neck in January, 2019.

Juicy lied about the entire incident.

After a second day of deliberation, the jury in the trial of Jussie Smollett has found the former Empire star guilty on five of six counts. Smollett has been charged with six counts of felony disorderly conduct relating to lying to the police about an alleged hate crime attack that took place in January of 2019.

Smollett claimed that he had been attacked in the street by the MAGA hat-wearing white men that poured bleach on him, used a rope fashioned into a noose, and hurled racist and homophobic insults at him.

The hilarious part of all this is every accusation of a MAGA hat wearing Trump supporter attacking a minority has been a hoax. Apparently, this D-list “celebrity” wasn’t smart enough to know that.

The prosecution has stated that Smollett hired the Osundairo brothers to stage the attack, with Chicago detective Michael Theis testifying that they were hired after Empire producers didn’t take a threatening letter sent to Smollett seriously enough.

I sincerely doubt this piece of garbage will ever see the inside of a jail cell, but if nothing else, Juicy will forever be remembered as a convicted felon.

The Empire Strikes Out

The Fox Television drama Empire has announced next season will be it last. Hmm, I wonder if the decision has anything to do with lying, race-baiting criminal Jussie Smollett’s actions earlier this year, where he accused white male Trump voters for trying to lynch him.

The reign of Empire on Fox is coming to an end next year. Just two weeks after the Charlie Collier-run Fox Entertainment renewed Lee Daniels and Danny Strong’s hip hop drama for a sixth season and guided Jussie Smollett toward the exit door, it was announced Monday during Fox’s pre-upfront call that the self-described “groundbreaking cultural phenomenon” will be canceled once Season 6 is done next year.

That’s a shame. I was going to start watching the show next year!

“We are turning the final season into a large TV event — we are trying to go out guns a-blazing,” Collier said on the call of Empire‘s last season, which will be 20 episodes. “You allow fans to lean in and have the ending they deserve.”

Questioned about the possibility that the legally challenged Smollett could return for the final season, Collier dodged and replied with language reminiscent of last month’s press release. “There’s an option to have Jussie in the series but we have no plans for that,” he said.

It’s interesting how Empire’s top star Terrence Howard has had run-ins with the law for assault and domestic violence, and he is still gainfully employed. It’s almost like Smollett is being banished not because of his crimes, but because he’s a terrible actor.

Justice For Jussie

According to the mainstream media, hate crimes are the most despicable acts a human can perform… if you are a conservative white male. If you are a leftist gay black actor who fakes a hate crime, your charges are dropped, your record is expunged, and you are welcomed back to your television series.

Charges for making up a hate crime were dropped for “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, a Cook County court in Chicago ruled Tuesday.

“After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case,” prosecutors said in a statement.

A judge also reportedly granted a motion to seal the case.

“Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him,” Smollett’s legal team said in a statement. “Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29th.”

Ironically, the most surprising part of this story is not that the charges were dropped. No, the most surprising part is both Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson AND Mayor Rahm Emmanuel slammed Smollett and District Attorney Kim Foxx for their back-room deals.

Jussie’s Swirl

Ladies and gentlemen, I am sorry to break this news to you, but conservative icon, and stable genius Jussie Smollett has been arrested for orchestrating a fake hate crime. I know, I am disappointed in Jussie, too.

Chicago police on Wednesday said they believe that “Empire” star Jussie Smollett made up claims that he was the target of a racist and homophobic attack — and evidence against him was being presented to a grand jury.

UPDATE: The federal charges, claiming Smollett sent the first hoax letter, have also been approved.

“Case Update: Jussie Smollett is now officially classified as a suspect in a criminal investigation by #ChicagoPolice for filing a false police report (Class 4 felony),” police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi tweeted. “Detectives are currently presenting evidence before a Cook County Grand Jury.”

Under Illinois law, Smollett, 36, could face up to three years in prison if charged and convicted of the crime.

The announcement followed a stream of recent reports that increasingly cast doubt on Smollett’s story, including that two Nigerian brothers told investigators Smollett paid them $3,500 to stage the Jan. 29 incident.

The Chicago P.D. deserves a lot of credit here. They didn’t roll over for some D-list Hollywood actor and simply take his word. They conducted a thorough investigation, and acted professionally.

As for Jussie Smollett, I believe the man has some serious personal and psychological issues. Normal, well-adjusted people do not invent crimes to grant themselves victim status. Smollett wasted countless man hours of the Chicago Police, their prosecutors, and the citizens in general. The man needs to see the inside of a prison.

Well, Well, Well…

Third-rate leftist actor Jussie Smollett apparently orchestrated a fake hate crime after his first hoax – a letter containing white powder – was sent to his studio. Damn, he was just turning his life around.

“Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, upset after a racist letter sent to the show’s studio didn’t get a “bigger reaction,” is suspected of paying two men to attack him a week later, according to multiple sources with direct knowledge of the investigation.

“When the letter didn’t get enough attention, he concocted the staged attack,” a source told CBS 2 Investigator Brad Edwards. Other sources corroborated that information.

Smollett received a letter containing a white powder Jan. 22. The letter was mailed to Chicago’s Cinespace Studios, where the show “Empire” is filmed. The letter prompted a HAZMAT response. CPD says the “white substance” was later determined to be aspirin.

Of course it was aspirin, because ricin is sooo 2003. I still believe in Jussie, because his story is totes believable. Isn’t that right, James Earl Jones?

The Empire Gets Struck Back

Jussie Smollett – an actor I literally never heard of until this week – received some bad news from the Chicago Police Department yesterday. After searching through hundreds of hours of surveillance footage, detectives have not found a shred of evidence regarding his alleged racist, homophobic attack by Trump supporters.

Detectives have reviewed surveillance footage of “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett walking to his downtown Chicago apartment after an early morning visit to a Subway restaurant, but none of the video they’ve watched so far showed him being attacked, a police official said Wednesday.

Wow, it’s almost like the crime never happened.

Smollett, who is black and gay and who plays the gay character Jamal Lyon on the hit Fox television show, said the men beat him, subjected him to racist and homophobic insults, threw an “unknown chemical substance” on him and put a thin rope around his neck before fleeing.

So two unknown men just decided to go out in subzero temperatures carrying a noose and a bottle of bleach? Is that the story I’m supposed to believe?

“We haven’t seen anybody, at this point, matching the description he gave, nobody looks menacing and we didn’t find a container anywhere,” Guglielmi said, referring to a container for the liquid that the actor said was thrown at him.

Smollett was allegedly targeted because he is gay – because everyone knows who Jussie Smollett is, especially early in the morning, on the coldest day of the year. He also claimed this ridiculous tidbit…

Some of the outrage stems from Smollett’s account to detectives that his attackers yelled that he was in “MAGA country,” an apparent reference to the Trump campaign’s “Make America Great Again” slogan, which some critics of the president have decried as racist and discriminatory.

Yeah Jussie, Chicago is the city which put President Trump over the top. It’s the reddest state in the union, just after Los Angeles.

Look, it’s technically possible Smollett was attacked, since he apparently had scrapes on his face and he still had the alleged noose around his neck; which is kinda odd. That said, the percentages take a nosedive when you combine the bleach claim, the “MAGA country” quote, the lack of video evidence, the fact Smollett only sought medical treatment after police advised him to do so, plus the fact neither Smollett nor his publicist uttered a word about the alleged crime since it occurred.

There have been more than a few “hate crime” claims from leftists in the past few years, and while some have been confirmed, the majority have been spread by people with an agenda. As a detective, this story has more red flags than a May Day parade.
