Judge Rules What We Already Knew

A Virginia Circuit Court judge has found Virginia’s mail-n ballot law, where late ballots without postmarks would be counted, is illegal. Congratulations judge, you’re two months too late.

Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge said that Virginia’s mail-in ballot rule violated state elections law and issued an injunction preventing the state from adopting the rule for future elections, the Daily Caller reported. The judge’s decision was announced by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a legal group representing Frederick County electoral board member Thomas Reed in his case against the state mail-in ballot law.

“This is a big win for the Rule of Law,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. “This consent decree gives Mr. Reed everything he requested – a permanent ban on accepting ballots without postmarks after Election Day and is a loss for the Virginia bureaucrats who said ballots could come in without these protections.”

Big deal. The Democrats will just cheat in the next election – and every election after that – because they got away with it in 2020. The concept that America still has free and fair elections is a pipedream. Voting is a wasted effort in this country, because we will never overcome the rampant fraud.

The result is that none of the contested ballots were counted in the November election and Judge Eldridge’s final ruling siding with Reed over the Virginia elections board will not change the outcome.

So none of this matters. No one was charged with wrongdoing, and no one will be removed, fined, or censored. Of course the Virginia Board of Elections ruling was illegal, but they implemented it anyway. This November, they will implement another illegal policy, and they will be told it’s illegal in January 2022, when it’s too late. Again.

Are Early Voters Wanting A Do-Over?

Is this something? Apparently there has been a spike in searches for “Can I change my vote” on Google Trends. Hmm, I cannot imagine why.

As politicians pushed the constituents throughout the summer to vote early, and by mail – driving early vote totals to exceed 2016 levels nine days before Election Day, some people are having second thoughts.

According to Google Trends, searches for “can I change my vote” have spiked following the second presidential debate, and the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

Unfortunately, I do not believe you can change your vote. However, I did hear people claiming in some states if you vote in person on Election Day, that may cancel out your mail-in ballot. Again, it’s just something I heard.

The last time searches to change votes surged like this was October 30 – November 5, 2016 – followed by midterms, however the recent search trend suggests longer, more sustained interest in the topic.

By state, West Virginia, New Mexico and Idaho are the top three regions interested in changing votes.

Obviously, Google Trends means nothing in the real world. There may be plenty of people searching “Can I change my vote,” but it doesn’t necessarily mean they regret their choice. That said, it is an interesting story, and maybe the Hunter/Joe Biden scandal is really hitting home.

Crock The Vote

If you’re even a casual user of teh internetz, you have likely been bombarded with ads extolling the virtues of mail-in ballots. Their continual, yet farcical claim is, “They’re safe, and they’re secure!”

Tell that to the citizens of Pennsylvania.

New concerns are cropping up across the region about mail-in ballots and other election issues in our area. And there are late-breaking developments in the federal investigation into mail-in ballots in Luzerne County.

The United States Attorney David Freed just sent a letter to Luzerne County officials with the latest findings of that investigation. Basically he says that election bureau officials did not properly handle mail-in ballots from military personnel and that the problem is a concern as it pertains to having every vote count. Click here to read the letter.

Local talk show host Chris Stigall mentioned this yesterday and made a terrific point. This investigation is only happening because Luzerne County does not have a Soros-appointed DA.

The letter states in part: “The FBI has recovered a number of documents relating to military ballots that had been improperly opened by your elections staff, and had the ballots removed and discarded, or removed and placed separately from the envelope containing confidential voter information and attestation. Specifically, a total of nine (9) military ballots were discovered to have been discarded. Seven (7) of those ballots when discovered by investigators were outside of any envelope. Those ballots were all cast for presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Wait, every discarded ballot was a vote for President Trump? What a co-inky-dink!

Now, I heard this from a few sources, but I’m not certain it’s true. Any tampered or opened mail-in ballot – at least in PA – is obviously null and void. Here’s what I heard Friday: if your ballot is tampered or opened, there is no recourse. So if my vote was opened, I cannot vote in person on Election Day.

That doesn’t seem right to me, but I heard it from a few political junkies – so take it with a grain of salt.

Either way, the safest and most secure voting option is heading to the polls in person. Don’t let these bastards nullify your vote.

They’re Going To Steal The Election

A federal judge has decreed votes in Wisconsin can be valid up to six days after the November election. The Obama-appointed judge claimed the ruling was because of “the pandemic,” which is absolute bullshit.

A federal judge ruled Monday that Wisconsin officials may count absentee votes in the crucial swing state for as many as six days after the Nov. 3 election, provided ballots are postmarked by the date of the election.

U.S. District Judge William Conley, an appointee of President Barack Obama, said his order was necessary to protect the voting rights of citizens impacted by the pandemic.

“While the Legislature would opt to disregard the voting rights of these so-called procrastinators, Wisconsin’s election system sets them up for failure in light of the near certain impacts of this ongoing pandemic,” Conley wrote in a decision some expect to be appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

So, in effect, this judge is giving the Democrats six extra days to commit voter fraud and steal the election. You may not notice it yet, but this country may not be a constitutional republic much longer.
