The Ninth Circuit Court – a court the president has slowly been turning conservative – has upheld the Trump administration’s decision to deny funding for clinics which perform abortions.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday that the Trump administration can continue stripping federal funding from clinics that offer abortions.

The court upheld the Trump administration’s June 2019 declaration that taxpayer-funded clinics must stop referring women for abortions or be stripped of their Title X funding. Judge Sandra Ikuta wrote Monday’s majority opinion, stating that “there is no ‘gag’ on [nondirective] abortion counseling.”

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) followed the decision in June by alerting clinics that it would enforce the administration’s ban. Planned Parenthood withdrew from the Title X federal family planning program, thereby forgoing about $60 million a year rather than comply with this decision.

The despicable murderers at Planned Parenthood will still kill babies at an alarming rate, but their actions will no longer be funded by the American taxpayers.

SCOTUS Punts On Planned Parenthood

Newly confirmed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh heard his first cases yesterday, and if his actions are any indication, Amy Coney Barrett would have been a much better choice.

The Supreme Court declined to review three cases relating to Republican efforts to defund Planned Parenthood at the state level Monday, over a vigorous dissent from Justice Clarence Thomas.

The dissent was significant because it indicates that Justice Brett Kavanaugh sided with the high court’s liberal wing to deny review of a lower court decision that favored the nation’s largest abortion provider.

Thankfully, we still have rock-ribbed conservatives like Clarence Thomas sitting on the bench, and he took the liberals to task for refusing the case.

“So what explains the Court’s refusal to do its job here?,” Thomas wrote. “I suspect it has something to do with the fact that some respondents in these cases are named ‘Planned Parenthood.’”

“Some tenuous connection to a politically fraught issue does not justify abdicating our judicial duty,” Thomas added. “If anything, neutrally applying the law is all the more important when political issues are in the background.”

So, in effect, the liberals – including Roberts and Kavanaugh – are forcing citizens to pay for Planned parenthood, no matter what their religious beliefs or personal opinions are on the organization. Local talk show host Chris Stigall had an interesting theory on Kavanaugh’s actions. The left destroyed him during the confirmation hearings, and instead of fighting back, he’s now cowed.

Expect Kavanaugh to be a solid liberal vote from here on out.

I Want My Baby Back, Baby Back…

Chili’s Grill & Bar locations in Indiana and Kentucky are offering to donate fifteen percent of customers’ purchases to Planned Parenthood from now through March.

Chili’s restaurants in two states are coming under fire from pro-life advocates for giving 15% of patron’s meal purchases to the Planned Parenthood abortion business.

According to the image the abortion company posted, its supporters can bring the voucher to any of the identified Chili’s locations participating in the give back program. The voucher is good whether people purchasing food at Chili’s dine in the restaurant or order food to go. Chili’s will donate to Planned Parenthood 15% of the meal purchase between now and the end of March.

In return, Planned Parenthood will provide Chili’s with an endless supply of liver… on the cheap.

This is not the first time that Chili’s has been involved in potential donations to the Planned Parenthood abortion business. A Chili’s restaurant in California initially set up a fundraiser for a local Planned Parenthood abortion clinic but eventually cancelled it after pro-life advocates complained.

Although Chili’s officially cancelled the fundraiser at their Truxel Road location, the restaurant did make a $200 donation to Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Sacramento chapter, as compensation for the last minute cancellation.

How could a national restaurant chain be so oblivious to support an organization which specializes in murdering babies? All that does is alienate half your customers. It would be akin to donating proceeds to the DNC or RNC, instead of, say, the Cancer Research Institute.
