The Supreme Court Is Completely Useless

Dear Pennsylvania Republican voters, if we do not come out in force on Election Day, the Democrats will win the state, thanks mostly to fraudulent mail-in ballots and Chief Justice John Roberts.

The Supreme Court on Monday shut down a GOP-led effort to block an extended period for counting ballots in the crucial presidential swing state of Pennsylvania.

Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the high court’s three liberals, resulting in a 4-4 tie. Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh sided with the state GOP.

Thank you, President George W. Bush for nominating leftist John Roberts for Chief Justice. The man has been truly spectacular when it comes to voting against the Constitution.

In the event of a 4-4 deadlock, the lower court ruling is affirmed and upheld. In this case, a ruling that favored state Democrats won out.

The ruling means that Pennsylvania will be able to accept and count ballots up to three days after the Tuesday election, until Friday, Nov. 6.

Obviously, I am not a bright man, but I do not see how this is in any was constitutional. The Election Day date is set in stone, and everyone in America can look up the date at any time. Unless we’re talking about absentee ballots, no ballots should be counted after the polls close. This ruling all but guarantees the Democrats will steal Pennsylvania.

Supreme Count Trounces Ninth Circuit

The Supreme Court embarrassed the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Thursday, after they attempted to void a federal law forbidding people to entice illegals to stay in the country.

The Supreme Court unanimously upheld a federal statute that forbids encouraging illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. unlawfully in a decision Thursday.

The Supreme Court justices voided an earlier decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled a federal anti-harboring statute was unconstitutional on the grounds it violated the First Amendment by restricting free speech. The ruling by the nation’s highest court Thursday upholds the law.

The Supreme Court not only vacated the appeals court’s decision, but also criticized the judges for “drastically” straying from judicial norms.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a liberal stalwart of the bench, wrote the high court’s opinion.

Ruth. Bader. Ginsburg. When the biggest leftist on the Supreme Court effectively says you’re hacks, you know your previous opinion is an unmitigated disgrace.

No More Free Rides?

The Supreme Court upheld a rule stating immigrants will not receive green cards if they are currently on the government dole. So. Much. Winning.

The Supreme Court Monday allowed the Trump administration to enforce a new rule that will deny green cards to foreign nationals who use taxpayer-funded social services, lifting lower court injunctions that blocked the change.

The 5-4 vote followed ideological lines, with Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan in dissent. The justices did not give reasons for lifting the injunctions — as is typical of orders of this nature — though Justice Neil Gorsuch released a concurring opinion urging the Supreme Court to curtail the use nationwide injunctions, which Justice Clarence Thomas joined.

Remember, all the NeverTrump “conservatives” are very fond of using “But Gorsuch” as a pejorative. Gorsuch helped this rule pass.

“Today’s stay from the Supreme Court is a massive win for American taxpayers, American workers, and the American Constitution,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said of the order. “This decision allows the government to implement regulations effectuating longstanding federal law that newcomers to this country must be financially self-sufficient and not a ‘public charge’ on our country and its citizens.”

It is difficult to list all the good this president has done for America, not to mention all the Obama policies he has overturned. He truly needs to be reelected.

Supremes Give The President A Win

The Supreme Court has decided the president can transfer funds toward the construction of the border wall. Naturally, the court was divided along party lines.

The Supreme Court allowed President Donald Trump to reprogram $2.5 billion in Pentagon funds to start construction on 100 miles of border wall in a Friday order.

The five conservative justices voted with the government in full. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan indicated their full dissent. Justice Stephen Breyer proposed a compromise in a partial dissent.

Dear NeverTrmp grifters, if you had your way, the Supreme Court would have a lopsided 6-3 liberal slant – 7-2 if you count the squishy John Roberts – and the country would irreparably damaged.

“The government has made a sufficient showing at this stage that the plaintiffs have no cause of action to obtain review,” the Court’s order reads.

The leftist ACLU filed this frivolous case, and are claiming the fight is not over. The president needs the wall started before the Ninth Circuit or some other activist judges issue a restraining order.

Personally, I think the president should go all Andrew Jackson on the courts, build the wall, and say, “Let them enforce it!”

Maps To The Czars

In an extremely rare ruling, the United State Supreme Court issued a fair and constitutional ruling this week, claiming Michigan and Ohio gerrymandering would be, at least temporarily, blocked.

The Supreme Court temporarily blocked two decisions Friday requiring Republican-controlled legislatures in Michigan and Ohio to produce new legislative district lines ahead of the 2020 election.

There were no noted dissents from the Friday orders. The decision was not surprising, as the justices are currently deciding whether federal courts should even hear partisan gerrymandering disputes.

Both decisions set fast-moving schedules for the legislatures — the Michigan ruling gave the state until Aug. 1 to draw new lines, while the Ohio decision required a remedial plan by June 14. Friday’s order from the high court means that neither state will have to create new district maps in the short-term.

The main problem with the Democratic Party is they cannot win elections on their ideology or their policies, so they spend their time redrawing district lines for their benefit, enabling illegal immigration, and eliminating the Electoral College.

SCOTUS Punts On Planned Parenthood

Newly confirmed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh heard his first cases yesterday, and if his actions are any indication, Amy Coney Barrett would have been a much better choice.

The Supreme Court declined to review three cases relating to Republican efforts to defund Planned Parenthood at the state level Monday, over a vigorous dissent from Justice Clarence Thomas.

The dissent was significant because it indicates that Justice Brett Kavanaugh sided with the high court’s liberal wing to deny review of a lower court decision that favored the nation’s largest abortion provider.

Thankfully, we still have rock-ribbed conservatives like Clarence Thomas sitting on the bench, and he took the liberals to task for refusing the case.

“So what explains the Court’s refusal to do its job here?,” Thomas wrote. “I suspect it has something to do with the fact that some respondents in these cases are named ‘Planned Parenthood.’”

“Some tenuous connection to a politically fraught issue does not justify abdicating our judicial duty,” Thomas added. “If anything, neutrally applying the law is all the more important when political issues are in the background.”

So, in effect, the liberals – including Roberts and Kavanaugh – are forcing citizens to pay for Planned parenthood, no matter what their religious beliefs or personal opinions are on the organization. Local talk show host Chris Stigall had an interesting theory on Kavanaugh’s actions. The left destroyed him during the confirmation hearings, and instead of fighting back, he’s now cowed.

Expect Kavanaugh to be a solid liberal vote from here on out.

Here Come Da Judge

President Trump introduced Judge Brett Kavanaugh from the D.C. Court of Appeals as his choice to fill Justice Kennedy’s seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Personally, I really wanted Amy Coney Barrett, but Kavanaugh appears to be more conservative than not.

After the announcement of his nomination to the Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh stated, “A judge must be independent and must interpret the law, not make the law. A judge must interpret statutes as written, and a judge must interpret the Constitution as written, informed by history and tradition and precedent.”

While the media savvy adult babies shrieked about the nomination, Eeyore-ish Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey stated he would not support the president’s nominee… and did so ten hours before the nominee was announced.

The Pennsylvania lawmaker’s office sent out a news release shortly after 11:30 a.m., stating that he will not be supporting Trump’s nominee for the top court, regardless of which of the four finalists it is.

“I will oppose the nomination the president will makes tonight because it represents a corrupt bargain with the far right, big corporations, and Washington special interests,” Casey said in the statement.

So, like every Democrat politician, Casey was set to oppose literally anyone the president nominates, because reasons. Ironically, I applaud this move from “The Lesser Casey,” since he is up for reelection in a state Trump carried. Hopefully, my fellow Pennsylvanians will not approve of his obstructionism.

Supremes Deliver Yuge Win For Trump

The Supreme Court upheld President Trump’s travel ban Monday, in a close decision which was divided along party lines.

A sharply divided Supreme Court upheld President Donald Trump’s ban on travel from several mostly Muslim countries Tuesday, the conservative majority taking his side in a major ruling supporting his presidential power.

The 5-4 decision was a big victory for Trump in the court’s first substantive ruling on one of his administration’s policies. It also was the latest demonstration of a newly invigorated conservative majority and a bitter defeat for the court’s liberals.

Dear Never Trumpers, while I doubt any of you will admit you were wrong about this president, his actions show he is more conservative than any of you in the alleged #TruCon media.

[Chief Justice John] Roberts wrote that the travel ban was well within U.S. presidents’ considerable authority over immigration and responsibility for keeping the nation safe. He rejected the challengers’ claim of anti-Muslim bias that rested in large part on Trump’s own tweets and statements over the past three years.

Roberts is absolutely correct here. The president has always enjoyed sweeping authority over the border and immigration issues. Moreover, the first and most important job of the president is to keep the citizens safe. We cannot do that with porous borders.

Now sing it with me…

“Trumpety Trump Trump, Trumpety, Trump, Trump,
Watch illegals go,
Trumpety Trump Trump, Trumpety, Trump, Trump,
Back to Mexico!”

SCOTUS Serves Shoppers The Shaft

The Supreme Court, in a 5-4 ruling, decided states can now charge sales tax for online shopping. Amazingly, the decision was supported by Justices Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch.

States will be able to force more people to pay sales tax when they make online purchases under a Supreme Court decision that will leave shoppers with lighter wallets but is a big financial win for states.

Consumers can expect to see sales tax charged on more online purchases — likely over the next year and potentially before the Christmas shopping season — as states and retailers react to the court’s decision.

The Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision Thursday overruled a pair of decades-old decisions that states said cost them billions of dollars in lost revenue annually. The decisions made it more difficult for states to collect sales tax on certain online purchases, and more than 40 states had asked the high court for action. Five states don’t charge sales tax.

Federal income taxes, state taxes, and city wage taxes are all punitive fines on the American people. The Founders never believed taxes should be as widespread and as punitive as they have become. They also never envisioned collecting, and wasting, such vast amounts of money.

The first income taxes were created to raise money for war efforts; now the government collects money for everything and anything, only to be wasted on boondoggles. Sadly, the SCOTUS seems to side with government here instead of the citizens.

The (Judicially) Dead Kennedys?

Rumors are again swirling Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy may soon retire. The decision would give President Trump another chance to choose a conservative SCOTUS nomination.

For the second year in a row, rumors that Justice Anthony M. Kennedy may retire from the Supreme Court are sweeping Washington. He is 81, and he is doubtless weighing many factors in deciding whether to stay. Among them, experts in judicial behavior said, are the tug of party loyalty, the preservation of his judicial legacy and how close his retirement would be to a presidential election.

Justice Kennedy has long held the decisive vote in many of the Supreme Court’s most contested and consequential cases, and his retirement would give President Trump the opportunity to move the court sharply to the right. If Justice Kennedy steps down, the confirmation fight over his successor will be titanic.

Dear #NeverTrumpers, THIS is exactly why conservatives voted for Donald Trump. If we listened to you and your ilk, Hillary Clinton would be preparing to nominate another leftist moonbat in the mold of Ginsburg or Kagan, and conservative America would be mourning the death of this country.
